1. Service provider

2. Services
These terms cover guided tours and custom itinerary-planning services. We do not sell or broker accommodation, transport, cruise tickets or other third-party services through these pages. A third-party provider’s own terms apply to any service you arrange directly with that provider.
3. Enquiry and booking
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. We send a written offer describing the requested service, total price, payment method and due date, delivery details, and cancellation and refund terms. A booking is formed only when you accept the offer in writing and we send written confirmation. The offer and confirmation form the agreement for that booking.
4. Price and payment
The price and payment method and deadline are stated in the written offer. No booking is confirmed until you have accepted those terms and received our written confirmation. Any additional work or change requested after confirmation must be agreed in writing, including its price.
5. Service delivery
A guided tour is provided at the agreed date, time, duration and meeting point. A custom itinerary or planning document is delivered electronically by the date stated in the written offer. No physical goods are shipped. Any specific delivery or meeting instructions are included in the offer or confirmation.
6. Changes, cancellation and refunds
The written offer and booking confirmation state the applicable deadline and conditions for customer cancellation, changes, cancellation fees and refunds. Please send cancellation or change requests in writing to info@pragaclub.hu. The provider will notify you promptly if it cannot provide the confirmed service and will handle any refund in accordance with the agreed terms and mandatory law.
7. Complaints and consumer rights
Please send service complaints to info@pragaclub.hu or call +420 777 847 556. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not restricted by these terms. Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority about out-of-court consumer dispute resolution: coi.gov.cz.
8. Applicable law
Czech law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the consumer’s country of residence.
9. Effective version
The version in force when a written offer is accepted applies to that booking. Any booking-specific terms in the accepted offer take precedence over these general terms.
