Who is responsible for your data?

What information do we process?
If you contact us, we process the name, email address, phone number and message you submit. The web server also processes technical request data, including IP address and time, to deliver the page and protect the contact form from abuse. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may process online identifiers and information about your visit.
Why and on what basis?
We use enquiry details to reply, prepare an offer and take steps requested before a contract; if you book, we use the information to perform the agreed service and meet applicable record-keeping duties. We use limited technical data to operate and protect the website and prevent spam. Google Analytics is activated on these English-language pages only after you choose “Accept analytics”; the basis for that analytics processing is your consent. You may withdraw it using “Cookie preferences” below.
How long do we keep information?
Enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept for 12 months after the last communication. Booking, tax and accounting records are kept for the periods required by applicable law. We keep your browser choice for six months so we do not ask again sooner; you may change it earlier using “Cookie preferences”. Analytics information is subject to the retention settings of the analytics service.
Who may receive the information?
The website hosting and email service providers may process information as needed to operate this site and communicate with you. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics processes analytics information under Google’s terms and privacy information: Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell your enquiry information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@pragaclub.hu. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ) or your local supervisory authority.
Cookies and analytics
Essential website functions do not depend on analytics cookies. Google Analytics is not loaded on these English-language pages until you opt in. Accepting and rejecting analytics are presented as equally available choices. Use the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer to change your choice.
Automated decisions
We do not use the information submitted through this site to make decisions about you solely by automated means.
